I have reduced the amount of sugar in my diet to not more than 6 teaspoons a day and I have been noticing the difference.
-Its making me feel better emotionally.
-My skin seems to be getting better.
-Certain food are tasting so much sweeter. For example, peanut butter: Now I taste the sugar in it when before I was oblivious to it and so I would add jam or honey to my sandwich when eating with it.

I don't know if it has had an impact on my weight since I haven't weighed myself in a while. I don't want to really think about my weight. I want to keep my focus on my health. I've been eating better alhamdulila. I've been including cayenne pepper, brown rice, rye bread, more vegetables and other healthier options in my diet, but I put in my mind that I am eating these foods to be healthy and feel healthy emotionally and physically. I think that is more effective then to think I want to eat healthy so I can lose weight and look slim.

Hey there. You've made a great choice by cutting out sugar. You can even reduce it in the things you love. Our tastebuds adapt over time and it took me over 4 weeks to get down to half a tsp in tea and coffee. Now at just half a tsp, my hot drinks are sweet to me again. ☕🥄
