I have never been a big eater and apparently I am not taking in enough calories wth am I doing wrong? 😖

You should eat healthy and never skip a meal. Plus add some exercices.

I work out every morning for 45 minutes and eat a salad around 2 pm then I will make a healthy supper and do not eat after 8 pm.

I think you are starving your body you need to add more food, track your nutrition and don't make it less then your nutrition, its more important than the calories, and make exercises 1h before breakfast not after, feed your body right to lose fat not muscle

I think I have already put in my journal that I work out everyday for 45 minutes, at 6:30 am. I am doing the intermittent fasting diet. My Nutritionist knows and after seeing my daily intake will add in other nutrients, so I don’t end up lacking. I eat lunch and dinner and I even throw in a snack. I don’t eat 2 hours before bed.

I am the same. Not a big eater. I have a hard time eating required calories. I do eat three or four small meals a day and I don’t feel hungry. Any suggestions?
