Wow this healthy eating is hard. Im seriously thinking of adding a fat burner to my diet.

Ya, that's fine. I will sometimes take a green tea pill for a little eextra energy. The transition period into eating healthier is always tough for the first few days. It'll get easier.

I had really low energy today too. I'm trying to reduce my sugars, but carbs are so important for mood and energy. Today I allowed myself to eat what I wanted...within reason. When I first started I became really down due to the decreased carb intake. Take a B-Complex vitamin. That'll give you some energy. I don't do that, but I know it helps. HaHa! Isn't that always the way? I hate taking vitamins for some reason, but it will give you energy.

Hang in there. It does get easier. I've signed up for newsletters from several healthy recipe websites, and the recipes I receive in my inbox give me a wealth of menu/cooking ideas.
