I had really low energy today too. I'm trying to reduce my sugars, but carbs are so important for mood and energy. Today I allowed myself to eat what I wanted...within reason. When I first started I became really down due to the decreased carb intake. Take a B-Complex vitamin. That'll give you some energy. I don't do that, but I know it helps. HaHa! Isn't that always the way? I hate taking vitamins for some reason, but it will give you energy.
