@Fariq Hizba: aku lupa masukin kalori tempe 68ccal. Jadi totalnya 425 ccal(357ccal+68ccal=425ccal). Nasi=102 ccal, ikan=200ccal, sambal=31ccal, labu siam=24ccal, tempe goreng=68ccal.
