Today my 5k time was 40 min! I only walked for 3.5 min, so I ran for 21 min, walked 3.5 min then ran 15.5 min. Tomorrow I'm gonna start adding some incline, since I'm on a treadmill, which is easier than running outside. I'll also be moving my walking interval later and later in my run until I can just run the whole thing.
Tomorrow I also get to ride a horse for the first time!! Yay for groupons!!! I'm super proud of a lot of things for the past two days, so I'm not upset about my gain. I have noticed that I eat fewer calories when I workout earlier in the day, so I'm gonna try to work out more in the mornings.
