So I will embark on a 3day
Trick to move the scale. 4Aug my 2month weight in to see final average loss per week. I am almost beyond fed up!
158.7 lb Lost so far: 15.4 lb.    Still to go: 6.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
