HELP PLEASE KETO WOE --Miami Sweet and Tangy Cucumbers...not strickly Keto.(something to do with the seeds) 2carb per 100g. Should I have some or not?

The cucumber seeds contains lectin which is considered to cause gut inflammation in some people. The amounts you are having are so small I wouldn't worry too much, unless of course you suddenly notice your hands and face bloating. Don't throw your pickle juice away. A glug or two of that during a fast can give you much needed electrolytes. The vinegar is also a fermented food so its good for the digestive system. You can also drink a bit of the pickle juice after exercise to put back sodium and potassium . Speaking of exercise how is it going with the new treadmill. :-)

THX LCFF...I must admit your info comes after the fact(I had 2 big pickles and sourcream with Tabasco)...what an explotion of taste. I must admit I just stared at the treadmill this week😂 I am geared up 2 start this week..no excuses...I am really bad @Treadmill motivation...Thx for info on cucumber/pickles.

No problem at all. I must confess this was new to me too. It's crazy, Ive been on this lifestyle since Septemer 2011 and still learn new things all the time. If I may give you 2 tips with the treadmill....incline of 10% and music. ;-) As you get to know your treadmill you can play around with the various programs and of course incorporating HIIT is never a bad idea. Keep us updated and good luck!

LCFF thx for the treadmill advise...use to stream The Voice etc(obviously music) the previous year with treadmill(kids moved to NZ and had 1 here for 8months) doing 5kmx5 p.w and strenght training on home gym. Then the treadmill was gone(and all exercises stopped)..so sort of familiar with the dreadful inclines..I can barely do 2km without feeling as if I am going to die😂Will update!
