good day yesterday. it never ceases to amaze me how well i can eat on WW. steven wanted chicken enchilladas and by just making a few minor adjustments i was able to eat very, very well and still keep within my point range. the food was hot, yummy, cheesy and very healthy. i never want to go back to eating the terrible way i was eating before. i even had points to have a light beer with the chili, but the key is ONE not 4 or 5! going to set a pot of beans on the stove today and will have beans and brown rice for supper this week at work. YIKES!!! scheduled myself for 4 in a row :( oh well....suck it up and stop crying about it! lol~rebecca
