Today is day 1 of my new life. I had a mini stroke on July 15. I consider myself athletic and not over weight. Unfortunately I have high blood pressure and high cholesterol. I've always dealt with it by exercise and diet. The exercise part has been easy, the diet part not so much - so now I'm on a mission to eat healthy and cut out all the junk I've been eating. I actually had fun today concocting a lunch. I hope I can keep it up.
