Hehe kalo boleh saran, itu belom termasuk clean food kak :) mungkin udangnya bisa ditumis aja pakai olive oil, biar ga mengandung lemak jenuh, enjoy ur meal!

@celine livia: emang aku belom bisa clean food say, masih mamam mie instan dan gorengan juga, cuma udah ngurangin banget di banding dulu. Kalo masak sendiri juga belom bisa hapus minyak goreng biasa dari bahan dapur, hehee ✌☺
