So i weighed in this morning and I only lost 1 lb this week. I'm kinda bummed out that I didn't reach my goal, but then I also tell myself that I have been working out and trying to tone up. Keeping in mind that muscle weighs more than fat, I'm trying to stay encouraged and realize that I AM losing, but I'm toning up too so the numbers make it discouraging. Either way.....I'm gonna keep on trucking along and try to do wayyyyyyy better this week. i'm pretty psyched i'm starting the P90X challenge tomorrow with my bestie! I can't wait to see the results after a couple weeks. Onward towards my goal!
