This is SO delish! Grilled chicken with sprouts, lettuce, a few pumpkin seeds, tomatoes, cucumbers, shredded carrot, feta, chives and honey mustard vinegar. It’s called “A Rainbow of. Veggies”...plus chicken for protein 💪
