I'm moving to steamer. No cooking and no frying my food anymore, except occasionally grill maybe :) More vitamins and nutrition stays in food when using steamer.

I have been steaming all my veg for years and nothing would get me back on boiled veg. The flavour in steamed veg is sooooo good! And the vitamin retention is a bonus, even keep the steamed water to make stocks, gravies or sauces 😊
