visitation with the girls.
breakfast 1 piece whole heat toast 1 slice cheese 3 strips bacon 1 scrambled egg
lunch 4 nachos with salsa and 2 chicken strips
snack
fat free lemon sorbet with strawberries

aprox 21 points with weight watchers which is loosley based on what I'm doing.
Still going to do chinese food tonight for dinner.
rice, steamed veggies olive oil and probably chicken.
2 glasses of sweet tea and 48 oz of water so far.

Use the diet calendar it will do weight watchers points for you as well as track and calculate many other things! That is why I like this site it lets me make sense of what I am writing down not just writing it! :) Love you girl! Thank you SOOOO much for doing this with me!
