OK May was going to be shaky no matter what but now is pennsic training time. I have been asked to Captain Her Majesties Melee unit and she isn't called the Huntress for nothing. Add that to a 2 hour woods battle and endurance training has to kick into high gear! Time to get serious.

Been watching my food intake. Eating less overall, cut back on serving sizes, drinking more water and limiting my sweets to no more than 1 per day. Still a long way to go having trouble figuring out how to use this site but still working on it. gotta get a new battery for the scale.

day 2 with the girls
breakfast- 1 med pancake with 1 tbs syrup
lunch- 2 tacos with 1 slice american cheese, peppers and onions and ground beef
snack- frozen yougart hot fudge sundae ( I only ate 1/2 of it)
dinner- not sure yet.
bought some sugar free gum
drank 2 bottles of water and 1 ginger ale 20 oz

visitation with the girls.
breakfast 1 piece whole heat toast 1 slice cheese 3 strips bacon 1 scrambled egg
lunch 4 nachos with salsa and 2 chicken strips
snack
fat free lemon sorbet with strawberries
aprox 21 points with weight watchers which is loosley based on what I'm doing.
Still going to do chinese food tonight for dinner.
rice, steamed veggies olive oil and probably chicken.
2 glasses of sweet tea and 48 oz of water so far.
