I have got ti figure out my wine to weight loss ratio. Wine will be my downfall if I let it. I have 2 glasses a day. Do I nees to let it go completely for success? Help

if you figured out what your true calorie burn is and set your weight loss to a comfortable level, it will tell you how many calories you can eat or drink for weight loss. You can adjust your intake. if it fits and you can still eat food, then go for it. maybe do exta exercise to fit it in. It is all about choices.
