Kirni putri: iyaa aku masih belom bisa eat clean, susah ninggalin karbo dan goreng2an, tapi tetep usaha makan sesuai BMR & ngandalin kalori defisit setiap harinya + olahraga siang malem @30menit, tetep turun kok timbangan nya 😊 gutluck yaa, smangaattt😊
