so had a loooong drive upstate with the family.
for some reason, every county decided this was the perfect time to close most lanes.
took forever to get home.
obviously,i was starving in the car. First healthy tuna went (from wife's leftovers).
then..we had to stop at a gas station. at least i picked the healthiest out of junk.

when we got here, its 1AM.had to carry lots of heavy stuff upstairs for 10 minutes. Still felt guilty, went for a jog outside for 12. Not logging it into excersize - 12 minutes is way to short, but will write it down as part of this log. at least dont feel as guilty at eating as i did before
