Pretty good 4th of July. I woke up, exercised, and caught up on some dishes. In the afternoon we went to the neighbors and ate dinner with them. No fireworks in AZ this year as we are in a drought and have extreme fire danger. I ate veggies, almond dip, one hot dog with a GF bun, and a GFDF cupcake w/ DF icing. I couldn't find this in the food list, so guessed on the calories. They were homemade, and we used only whole food ingredients. No alcohol, just water to drink.
