Still struggling to lower carbs and up protein. Fatbombs definately helps with fat ratios. Who would have thought that almost everything we were used to eating has carbs in. Definately loosing my sweet tooth it seems. First time ever this week that I complained that something is too sweet. Another thing, I constantly crave olives?? Cannot get enough of their salty goodness. Also have this lame feeling rushing my legs when I climb a set of stairs to my office? Maximum 15 stairs. Also winded once upstairs and have to take a deep breath. Not sure what this is or if it can be a side effect of either Victoza or Glucophage medicine?

I think it's normal for a low carb diet. I've learnt that the body would rather burn easy energy, carbs. So when you cut out the carbs your body doesn't have that easy energy to burn and it has to use the energy in the fat stored. So you'll feel weak in physical activity for now until your body adjusts.

Well done on that you master your sweet tooth craving, I don't cut out carbs but very specific with my carbs, rye bread and Jasmine rice, I don't eat any other crabs including butternut etc. is also carbs and not vegetables
