strange. Woke up with a lot of "motivational energy".
Had a healthy breakfast and couldnt wait to do some HIIT.
when I got on, even though muscles were ok, i had overall tiredness - lack of actual energy, although motivational energy was there. (wierd).

couldnt last more then 20 min on low speeds (no HIIT). felt like a had a very very very Loooow blood sugar level. got back home and chowed down a big ass musclemilk protein bar loaded with crap. not the worst thing you can eat and its pretty filling, so its along lines of diet - just lots of carbs and fat. chowed a bunch of raspberries too.

energy slowly coming back.
