Finally a little drop,!mostlly reassuring me this is going to work! This week my eat up to maintenance days are Wednesday and Saturday. This is very doable. I'm definitely getting used to the routine 1000-1500 daily with maintenance days 2000. Thurs. is start of weeks 3&4.
