wanted to go in the AM but fucking market fucked me again. This is on day 2 of quitting smoking for the billionth time. almost broke me decided to quit trading for good. fuck it. not worth it. Missing so much time on productive things.
anyway, procrastinated until 2 with gym. ON HEALTH BOARDS. reading about working out and diet instead of working out. AT least ate well
2PM went to gym. Cardio Coach Volume 3. 45 minutes of HIIT. still soaking wet. Feel better about myself.
Few hours, supposed to go again to lift a few weights. 30 - 40 min max.
