I will not let the scale determine my journey. Huge centimeter losses that tells me an amazing story!
164.5 lb Lost so far: 9.7 lb.    Still to go: 12.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

What irks me is that my analog and digital have different readings, like a 3kg difference!
