After taking a month break from 16/8 IF I started doing 12/12 last Monday. I like it much better! I did 16/8, 18/6, 20/4 and a 24 hour fast from Feb 1 to May 24. I was always doing one of these variations. After a while I just needed a break. I’m sure I’m not getting all of the benefits of intermittent fasting on 12/12 but I feel better about it and it’s not a struggle.
