I'm finding it difficult to even begin this time, I've been eating well over 2000 calories a day and hanging out in the 180s which is a red flag for me to make changes. The hard part is being low income and not having a good grocery store near by. We usually do one big trip instead of several small ones. This means that I can't keep fresh ingredients around all month also we tend to run out of money when we do try eating healthy. People say it can be done but I'm struggling to figure out how.
181.0 lb Lost so far: 2.8 lb.    Still to go: 20.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
