Another day over. This just sucks. I haven't hardly eaten anything, and it is still early in the afternoon. I'm tired because I haven't had any bad carbs. I know that the popcorn did it, however, I was snacking on it most of the day. My low days are not working out. I am trying not to stress on it, but low days are stressing me out. Sometimes I wonder if it is just easierto eat 1200 calories a day rather than calorie cycling. I am going to try and stick as close to a low day as possible. Please pray for me to get back on track.
