Okay, so today I am going to start the Six Week Plan of Eat to Live. I've been following it loosely for quite some time, so I guess it's time to go ahead with it. Especially since my birthday and my sister's wedding are coming up this month. Time to lock it down!
More later. I'm going to try to journal everyday I'm going thru this. It's going to be tough, but right now, there's nothing I want more.
