ONE MORE POUND to go to goal weight! I can do this!
Started CrossFit last week, I think this is what I needed, along with taking in a lot less calories over the last week too.
More water intake as well. I've been unable to drink much over the past two weeks with a heavy workload--it really took my focus. So much so, I forgot to drink. DOH!
Anyway, meeting that 128lb goal is a reality, I'm so excited to see what the scale says tomorrow. Even if I'm still at 129, it's not 130 and for that, I'm thankful.
