I have lost what I gained 3 weeks ago. Back on track lower abs are coming in. skin still loose.
214.3 lb Lost so far: 105.7 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 4.9 lb a week

Best thing to do is keep working on those ab muscles as well as exfoliate while you shower then moisturize the skin when you get out and maintain a lean body as long as tou can. Sometimes surgury is the only way to take care of eccess skin. I have some loose skin a couple inches below my belly button but not too bad. I knew before hand to takethe weight off slow and steady. Keep at it looking good Buddy
