Alright, So I finally got fed up with being the fat one in most of my circles of friends. I want to be fit and healthy and I am determined to meet my goal this time around. My husband and my best friend and her boyfriend are all working out multiple times a week and eating wayyyyy better. I am going to do this....I don't care how long it takes to meet my goal.

Congrats! I feel the same way for a long time when everyone around me was a 2 or 4 and I was a 14 -16. I knew what I had to do but never did it. Now I have cut the self pitty crap and are going at this diet at full force. I too dont care as long as it take as long as I reach me goal. So far its been two weeks I get weighed in tomorrow (first wk was a success 4.6 pounds) so lets see this wk. Good Luck to you! hope you met your goals.
