晚餐配菜:很久沒吃的鯖魚罐頭🐟(吃上面沒碰到什麼醬的部份😅🙊)跟燙花椰菜、蚵仔、煎蛋。
主食:白玉米🌽、雞胸肉 🐔、南瓜湯
餐後水果:鳳梨🍍
