This is the hardest thing I have ever done. I don't know how I let myself get so huge. And now my health is in jeopardy. I can't even walk very far without getting tired. And my feet are swollen so I have to keep them raised all day long. But I will do this. I know I will. I have so many people behind me encouraging me. Just some days seem so difficult.

Yes, you can do this! The first step is realizing that you need to get healthy, so your quality of life will improve. Having other people behind you for encouragement will help tremendously. Start by making small changes and incremental goals, so your motivation will continue when you reach the mini goals. You will find help here if you want it. :)

Stay positive and set small goals along the way! I started this journey 2 years ago and I am still going strong. Remember there are plenty of us out there to help support you along the way. Small changes and small goals will lead to big results! Keep up the good work :)
