At least I expected that water weight loss in the first period of a lifestyle change is the no 1 thing I have to deal with this week. I changed my calorie intake due to hypoglycemia and it is tough to stay within 20% carb range.
168.4 lb Lost so far: 5.7 lb.    Still to go: 16.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
