Febrianaprima & Kadekira38: Olahraga cuma home workout aja saayy, pagi 30menit, malam 30menit juga sebelum tidur.
Itu bisa jadi 2000kal soalnya pagi sempet jalan2 keliling komplek perumahan sekitar 30menit dan sorenya setrika 1,5jam (maklum cucian segunung, nyetrika nya jadi lama) 😂😂
