It is so hard to get back on track and to be motivated to stay on track. Had a horrible weekend food wise, ate what I wanted to eat which wasn't good and paid the price for it this morning. Started back this morning eating healthy and going to see if I can keep it up. Just have to take this healthy eating one meal at a time....sighs
