Anybody with ideas for a quick protein snack with more or less the same values as an egg? I cannot stand eggs and I am trying to up my protein and fat intake and lower my carbs. Tried my first Keto fat bomb today, which really helped to increase my fat. (I also dont eat any fat on meat/chicken/bacon)
