Not even thinking about what I eat, it all comes naturally now, no sugar, low carbs, eggs, avocados, salad, meat or boiled egg, veggies, occasional sweet or regular potato, home made ice cream made with heavy cream and whatever flavor I desire or strawberries with real whipped cream.Completely cut out dairy, yogurt, cottage cheese anything with sugar, 5 grams = 1 tsp sugar.
No alcohol of any kind in over 5 months. Yayyy!
