It is sooooo great to be back here on FS! I had been here two years ago and then I had lost a lot of weight. I gained back some of it and finally I signed in here last week. It was great seeing that my old account still works and some of the old pals here are still around. I am so inspiried. I feel less and less hungry. I am looking forward to prepare those small portions of meals with good nutrition and yet low calories. I had always eaten lots of veggies, so that is not a problem for me. I also try to stay away from bread and milk - two favourits...

And I started to go running. Just slowly and short distances twice a day. I want to feel good and not overtire myself. I will gradually increase the distance. Also, I do some sit ups every day, a bit of yoga. Also, I try to include as much standing as I can. For example I watched films while standing and doing small pilates-inspired motions. I did feel my muscles next day.

I believe that I have to start it slowly, and then it works. I am happy to be back here and see all your amazing stories and support that we give here to each other. Have a very nice summer day Everybody! <3
