2.4 down in my 1st week...probably just water..Yesterday finally felt like I recovered from carbflu. Today however I feel terrible(weak, heart rate all over the place and NO Energy. Fluid intake check...what the hell is the problem?
168.9 lb Lost so far: 5.3 lb.    Still to go: 16.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
