I have lost 30 pounds!!! I am so happy! From 154.7 all the way down to 124.7 at weigh in today! I will try to lose the last four in the next 9 days before our trip so I can gain 5 on the trip. LOL!! I do not have Zumba today so I will have to hit the sauna today. I did teach waltz at the nursing home today and really enjoyed it! Gonna stay low carb til I leave.
