I started IF on Saturday for the first time, yesterday being my second day.
I woke up with a hell of a headache today - is that normal? I do have low blood sugar so had to have a provita at about 7 last night.

If you consumed a lot of carbs/sugar beforehand or on a regular basis headaches can be a sort of withdrawal symptom. Good luck 🌼

might be keto flu...also provita is carb heavy. i recommend having half a teaspoon of bovril instead or make a bovril tea...it helps for when you feel your sugar is dropping. as your body starts to rely on burning fat instead of carbs your sugar wont drop. Increase your fat intake also.

Carbs get turned into glucose. Try something that won't spike your insulin cause you might just make it worse. In fact it may be why u woke up with that headache

Level tsp of bovril will do the trick!
