Half a pound less than a wanted. Really need to get my weekends in check.
I am aiming to get at least 60 minutes of exercise in today. We have a birthday party., so I know the calories will be high today:( Hopefully I will behave!
Yeah!!! Got my 60 minutes in! Did a jog/walk and burned 624 calories!!!!
