In just two weeks I have lost almost 10 lbs, thanks to Rhonda. I am so happy and I feel so much better. I have more evergy and just feel lighter. I did slurge a bit. I got my donuts, mini powdered donuts. They weren't that good. I also got some sushi, but I'm really craving chicken. I also got me some dark chocolate bars, 77% cocoa, see if that can't quench my sweet PMSing tooth. I am just so happy that I am down this much...how low can I go? On this diet I wonder how much weight I can lose.
