I was reading an article in one of my magazines last about somebody, and I can't remember who it is right now, but she weighs herself daily because it makes her aware of her weight and doesn't allow those "all of a sudden" 5 pounds to sneak up on her. I usually don't weigh myself more than once a week but I thought for a while I would try the every day thing at least while I am struggling to lose this weight. God, it's like this fat is stuck onto me like super glue, it was so much easier to get off before I was 30. Seems like you almost have to not eat a thing now to do it, but I know that's not true, it's just hard to stick to a strict healthy eating plan, so much easier to eat junk. But I know I can do this!

Cindy, my husband weighs every day and it has really helped him to lose weight. He is so disciplined. If he ever gains, he cuts way back the next day. I tried weighing every day but if I gain I feel so discouraged, that I have gone back to once a week. I'll be interested to hear how it goes for you.
