Have been doing lousy lately, I've got to get back to it. The waist of my jeans are starting to feel tight and I hate that, I've been using too many excuses to eat the wrong things. Exercise is not the problem, it's my eating. But I'm on it, today is a new month and a fresh start. I just found out I'm going to be a grandmother for the first time and I do not want to be a "fat" grandma, so I have until October to be not fat, ha.
165.0 lb Lost so far: 5.0 lb.    Still to go: 17.0 lb.    Diet followed N/A.

You just need to rethink how and what you eat. Start out with one item and put it on a list of only eat when you can't do without it. You will see in time you don't even want the item anymore.
