Day of rest. Sick husband and oldest son. Treated myself to a Christian movie, a spell in the sauna, oil pulling, a shower and a coffee enema. Feel rested and happy. I am very surprised at the up day down day turn around. Down days are so much easier for me know. I cannot get in 2,000 calories anymore on my up days. I am pushing it to do 1,500. I can effortlessly do the 500 to 550 on my down days. Who would have ever thought it would change like that!?
