Very difficult to reduce sodium. Trying to decrease carbohydrates has proven to be a difficult task, as well. . I need to find new sources of healthy protein. On the contrary, reducing fat under 20% was not difficult at all. Still, having difficulties in yoga. Cannot complete crane, seated stretch, and balancing.
