Did not have a good day yesterday:( Stayed well within my points but did not get on the treadmill after work. Back was sore and thought better of it. I did wake up at 4:00 and do my C25K program today and walked an additional 30 minutes.

Little nervous about weigh in tonight. I did not do bad during the week but sort of blew it last weekend. This weekend I want to try to stay within my WW points. Will probably use most of my flex points since I tend not to use them during the week.

Keeping fingers cross that I lost at least 2.5 pounds. If not I will have some ground to make up next week with the 4th of July challenge.
