Damn STALL!! !!!!! I need to get to the gym and QUICK
220.0 lb Lost so far: 4.0 lb.    Still to go: 60.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Keep it up honey! Look at your progress so far and reflect on how hard you've worked to get this far... the gym will help you but like lotus says, don't be discouraged!
